A rooftop unit is out of sight in a way a home condenser never is, so it's also out of mind. Nobody walks past it on the way to the car. That's exactly why a scheduled look at the coil, drainage and electrical connections matters more here than on a house, the same kind of check that keeps a residential system out of trouble is covered on our maintenance page.
