What we handle
Nine ways we keep Cypress homes and businesses running.
Everything below is done by a crew running under Texas licence TACLB00114911E, out of Cypress Rose Hill Road seven days a week. Every technician on the truck trains year round, which we talk more about on the about page. On every job you hear the price before we start, not after we finish.
Three services carry most of the calendar. The rest we do just as carefully, just more quietly.

When it stops
Emergency callouts
A dead system at nine at night in a Cypress summer will not wait for a Monday slot. The office runs seven days a week from 7am to 7pm, and the emergency line runs through the night on top of that. Same day is what we aim for, and you get a number before anyone touches the unit.
How emergency callouts work
The big one
Air conditioning repair and replacement
Most calls start as a repair question. Some end as a replacement one. We look at the system, tell you what fixing it costs and what a new one costs, and let you decide. Nobody gets talked into a unit they did not ask about, and we install Amana equipment when replacement is the right call.
Repair versus replacement
The hidden half
Ductwork
Houston attics run past 130 degrees in summer. A crushed or leaking duct run throws the air you just paid to cool straight into that heat, and it rarely looks like an obvious problem, more like a power bill that never quite adds up. We check it and replace what needs replacing with sealed, insulated flex duct.
What a duct inspection coversThe other six
Less attention, no less care.
Cold snaps
What you're breathing
Get the number before the work starts, not after.
Whichever of these nine you need, the process is the same. You tell us what the system is doing, we tell you what it costs to fix, and you decide before anyone picks up a tool.
